Mr. Jacobs is a seasoned executive, a good motivator and team builder, with experience at effectively building products, markets and businesses. Mr. Jacobs has held positions of ranging from CEO and COO in the US, Canada and Europe. He was responsible for successful startups, turnarounds and substantial growth situations in the glass, chemical, office products, medical device, construction, and retail fixture industries.

Donald S. Sigler, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sigler is an executive with experience as a consultant in the capital markets since 1980. Over the past twenty-five years has been instrumental in arranging financial equity and debt transactions for public companies and early stage development firms totaling over $100 million.
Larry Melnichuk, Vice-President Process Design and Engineering
Mr. Melnichuck is responsible for development and modification of the Company's innovative technology and the subsequent development of new related technologies. He has 30 years experience with process design software, process development and equipment specification. Mr. Melnichuk holds 28 patents in the United States, Canada and 25 other countries, including Europe, related to the production of renewable chemicals and fuels.
Robert Cogan, Vice-President, Business Development
Mr. Cogan is an experienced marketing and sales entrepreneur, and has been assisting companies for the past 25 years with business development challenges through extensive business networking and strategic value added Corporations. His focus is to harness opportunities in the renewable energy sector while leveraging the real estate investment and appreciation value. Mr. Cogan focuses on opportunities which have a particular advantage in their niche market, which gains competitive advantage in either product or territory.
Dr. Sue Kelly, President
Dr. Kelly has co-founded four companies over the past 36 years related to renewable energy and thermo-chemical processing. She is an experienced administrator of early-stage companies and prepares them for the next step in growth. She is responsible for corporate governance, administration, and technical and intellectual property development. Dr. Kelly has acquired extensive industry knowledge in alternate fuels, closely monitoring the development of both fermentation and thermo-chemical processes, and maintaining an extensive data base on industry participants. She is an experienced technical writer, and is responsible for patent application management and writing technical descriptions and papers. She is co-author with Mr. Melnichuk of patents and applications related to the production of renewable chemicals and fuels.
